INITIATION DANCE COURSE
Specialized dance education allows students with a vocation or interest in this artistic field to begin a solid training within the public education system. The dance initiation course is a supplementary training program (after-school), aimed at children attending the 1st cycle, consisting of 2 weekly classes of 1h10m and 3 subjects:

> Creative Dance
This 4-year course, recognized and supported by the Ministry of Education (No. 225/2012 of July 30), is intended to give an introduction to classical and contemporary dance techniques with the complement of creative dance, which allows the young children a first contact with the rudiments of these techniques, and the development of creativity and expressivity, thus preparing them for the next phase, which will be specific training in one or all of them, either intensive training in the Basic Dance Course or within the Free Courses.

BASIC DANCE COURSE

The Basic Dance Course is a 5-year course, which integrates several disciplines in the area of Dance, going through the different techniques, from Classical to Contemporary.
Following the authorization by the Ministry of Education to operate this course in an articulated schedule, in collaboration with the city's schools that already have the basic Music course in their educational offer (EB23 Grão Vasco and EB3 and secondary Emídio Navarro ), the course is available to students who wish to attend one of these schools between the 5th and 9th grade.

SECONDARY DANCE COURSE
The Secondary Dance Course is a 3-year course that integrates several disciplines in the field of Dance, with a more professional vocation.
Following the authorization by the Ministry of Education and Science to operate this course on an articulated schedule, in collaboration with the EB3 and Secondary School Emídio Navarro, it is available for students who intend to attend from the 10th year until the 12th grade.

FREE COURSES
From pre-initiation, from the age of 3, up to advanced classes, our educational offer aims to provide students with quality teaching in its multiple aspects - technical, artistic and humoristic - in a work integrated in the local community. .
In free courses, the student decides the frequency regime and the subjects he / she wants to attend each year, and can cover various dance and theater techniques. In this way, you can choose your training path, from the most formal and systematic techniques, expressive or free.
